We help eliminate manual copying between systems. We start with a data map: where the record is created, which system is responsible for its relevance and when changes should go to CRM.
What can be linked
Site requests - with transactions, requests - with customer cards, accounting documents - with agreed upon CRM fields, sales events - with reporting. For each system, we first check the available interfaces, restrictions and required licenses.
Ready connection or development
If the finished connector covers the process and data requirements, we evaluate it. If you need your own rules, we develop an exchange via API. We compare the cost of implementation, subscriptions and maintenance, as well as the possibility of transferring the solution.
Exchange Rules
We set the keys for matching records, the direction of synchronization, the priority in case of conflicting changes, and the rules for processing deletions. We will coordinate the initial download separately from subsequent updates.
