Bitrix24 audit
If applications are lost, robots interfere with each other, or the numbers in the reports do not add up, we start with a survey. Its result is an explanation of the problems and the order of corrections.
What we check
Path to the result, filling in data, rights of employees, robots, integration and determination of indicators. We limit the scope of the audit in advance: technical analysis of the exchange and verification of the reporting methodology may require separate access and time.
What data is needed
Examples of problem cards, expected behavior, information about channels and current improvements. We study the instructions and ask employees where they are forced to bypass CRM. Access is issued for the agreed period and volume.
What the result looks like
List of observed problems with examples, impact on operation, priority and suggested fix. We share configuration errors, lack of data and issues with the process itself. To evaluate the effect, we fix the initial state of the indicators.
What happens next
We will agree on the necessary changes and a separate assessment of the work. An audit does not mean automatically reworking the entire CRM. You can start with one funnel, one exchange, or one controversial report.

Are corrections included in the audit?
The composition of the result will be agreed upon in advance. Corrections are priced separately unless expressly included in the agreement.
